Adding a dynamic form
To add new dynamic form, take the following steps:
- Log in to your TRAX account.
- Go to Dynamic Forms then select the form from the list where you want to add a new form.
- Click Add New Form.
- Select Evaluatee and Interaction Date.
- Tick applicable reporting indicator(s).
- Approval Required - select this if the form needs to be approved by the Team Lead first.
- Nesting Period Required - select when the agent has recently started taking phone calls and is still in the consolidation period
- For Calibration - select when an evaluator evaluates a call that has already been assessed.
- Self Evaluation - select this if you are making a self-evaluation form.
- High-importance - select if the form should be prioritised.
- Click Save and Send To Assigned.
The form is now assigned and will now appear in the open forms.
Note: The evaluatee/assignee will receive an email notification about the form.
